7. what are your capabilities of PCBA manufacturing?
Factory covers area of 8000 square meters, owing with 10 production
lines, of which there 5 high speed Juki machine SMD production
line, 2 through hole and 3 assembly line.
8. what is the average lead time?
Samples, the lead time is about 7~10 days and depant on production
diffcult. For mass production, the lead time is 30-40 days after
receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when
(1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final
approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your
deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all
cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are
able to do so.
9. what kinds of payment methods fo you accept?
We accept payments by PayPal, cash, bank transfer (T/T) or VISA.
10. what is the product warranty?
We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to
your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the
culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues
to everyone's satisfaction.
11. What is your shipping way?
We have our own forwarder to ship goods by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT,
EMS.
If you have your own forwarder, we can cooperate with them.
12. do you have a minimum order quantity?
Besides samples, we require all international orders to have an
ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are old customer, your could
contact our salesman.
13. Can I supply components?
Yes. However, please note that components exported to our offshore
assembly facility will incur customs duty and may delay the
project.
14. how do you handle unused or unpopulated components?
We can keep in our stock or return to you, whatever you prefer.
